Our Story
Welcome to the Learn more about “the band”,
Country Road Boys page!!
So, really, it’s just two of us.
But, we make a lot of noise for just two guys.

Dave: Guitar and vocals
Mark: Keys and Bass and Vocals
Mr. BeatBuddy: Drums (Actually, it’s just a drum machine but, it doesn’t drink up all of the band’s money at the bar!)​​​​

Why did we start this project?
Mark and Dave have played together in a Doors tribute band (Mr. Mojo Risin') for over 7 years and in another band (Timberfall) that plays rock, pop, soul, and country. We've been itchin' to do a straight up Country band, so we started this one and it's been a blast!!
Meet The Band
​​Where We Come From (It's cornbread and pickin'!!)

Dave: I was raised in Wenatchee, WA in Central Washington in the heart of Apple Country. I grew up picking cherries, thinning apples and hiking and skiing in the Cascade mountains and swimming and fishing in the rivers and lakes. Most summers, I would hang out at my grandma's house in Tiskilwa IL (pop. 600). I started playing guitar when I was 12 and in bands when I was 16. I love playing country music!!

Mark: I live on a small farm outside Paola, Kansas and feel like country music is the soundtrack of our life here!

Mr. BeatBuddy: I was born in a box. I only do what I am programmed to do and I don't complain about the songs Mark and Dave pick.
